Zambra
features the food of Spain and North Africa - with a contemporary
twist. We use local-organic ingredients whenever possible.
We also import many ingredients directly from Spain.
We are inspired by Spanish tapas bars...but we add our own
original ideas! Our food features the
tastes of the western Mediterranean - with appropriate gypsy
influences. We believe the focus should be on quality ingredients
and a cuisine which is at once pure, simple, and joyful.
The tapas menu below is a good representation of the cuisine
we offer. We change our 'Specials Menu' nightly! Call us if
