Zambra is dedicated to the principles of 'farm to table'. We source local-organic ingredients whenever possible, though we also import many ingredients directly from Spain.

We are inspired by Spanish tapas bars...but we add our own original ideas! Our food features the tastes of the Western Carolinas - with appropriate gypsy influences. We believe the focus should be on quality ingredients and a cuisine which is at once pure, simple, and joyful.

The tapas menu below is a good representation of the cuisine we offer. We change our 'Specials Menu' nightly! Call us if you want to know what we're featuring this evening!
